As a Senior Expert Dental Professional Business*, ….

  • … you develop and execute a comprehensive dental professional business unit strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
  • … you build direct business relationships with dental professionals.
  • … you are responsible for building a dental professional sales force team and provide leadership, and mentorship to them, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • … the identification and creation of new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships to expand the business unit's reach is your strength.
  • … you lead and deliver marketing and sales targets, acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • … the implementation of performance metrics, monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), and the delivery of regular reports to C-Level is in best hands with you.
  • … you coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive successful product launches and service delivery.
  • … you regularly communicate business unit goals, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders

About you:

  • You are holding a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (ideally combined with technical education or dental medicine).
  • You can impress us with a proven track record of success in a leadership role within the dental industry, preferably in a dental service provider or dental technology company.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and manage financial performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of the dental industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and exceeding customer expectations.
