As a Senior Expert Dental Professional Business*, ….

… you develop and execute a comprehensive dental professional business unit strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
… you build direct business relationships with dental professionals.
… you are responsible for building a dental professional sales force team and provide leadership, and mentorship to them, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
… the identification and creation of new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships to expand the business unit's reach is your strength.
… you lead and deliver marketing and sales targets, acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
… the implementation of performance metrics, monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), and the delivery of regular reports to C-Level is in best hands with you.
… you coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive successful product launches and service delivery.
… you regularly communicate business unit goals, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders

About you:

You are holding a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (ideally combined with technical education or dental medicine).
You can impress us with a proven track record of success in a leadership role within the dental industry, preferably in a dental service provider or dental technology company.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and manage financial performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
In-depth knowledge of the dental industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and exceeding customer expectations.
